Giulia mainly deals with issues related to copyright, with particular reference to software and new technologies.
She regularly participates in interim and ordinary proceedings before all the Italian Specialised Courts for commercial matters and assists on a daily basis several foreign companies in protecting their copyright on software, even out of court, with particular regard to the pre-litigation phase.
Giulia also provides legal assistance to companies operating in the film, entertainment, music and audiovisual sectors in drafting contracts for the assignment of rights of economic use and has acquired over the years experience in the field of trademarks and unfair competition, both in and out of court.
Training, career and professional qualifications
She graduated with Honours from the Roma Tre University in September 2008.
She also graduated in 2011 at the School of Specialisation for the Legal Professions (SSPL) at the University of Rome, La Sapienza.
She attended and received her Master’s degree in Intellectual Property from the Just Legal Services Training School in Milan.
She has been collaborating with R&R Avvocati (now GR Legal) since 2015.
She was called to the Rome Bar in 2012.
