During his professional career Marco has focused his practice on the assistance (both in and out of the Court) to domestic and foreign companies and public authorities with particular regard to patents and trade secrets, as well as procurement contracts regarding the engineering and development of industrial plants and new technologies.

He also deals with the protection of image rights on social networks and in the broadcasting sector. He provides legal advice in data protection. He has been appointed as data protection officer by public authorities and important private entities.

He also gained relevant experience in negotiating and drafting agency and distributorship contracts and agreements concerning the engineering and installation of industrial plants (both domestic than international) and the related intellectual property rights and trade secrets.
