Massimo pratices criminal law both in and out of court.
He has extensive experience in the field of criminal law involving industrial property law, with particular regard to crimes against the public faith and more specifically the criminal offences of counterfeiting, alteration or use of trademarks, patents, models and designs, as well as, crimes against industry and trade such as fraud, sale of industrial products with misleading signs and usurpation of industrial property rights.
He has provided legal assistance in criminal proceedings dealing with, among others, crimes against the person, against public administration, against public safety and against the administration of justice, gaining experience in the fields of military and juvenile criminal law.
Training , career and professional qualifications
After having graduated from the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, he has worked as a professional on his own and, subsequently has worked with the R&R Avvocati Law Firm, which has merged into GR Legal.
He was called to the Rome Bar in 2008.
Associations, teaching activities, publications, awards
He is a member of the Criminal Law Commission and of the Criminal Procedure Commission established at the Council of the Rome Bar.
He is also a member of the National Bar Association’s Criminal Lawyer Group – Rome Section.
He has participated in numerous conferences and training courses dealing with criminal law and procedure, and has, in some of them, been a speaker and moderator.
